For obvious security reasons, we cannot just change the email address or any other detail on a registered members profile based solely on an email request. In order for us to do that for you, we would need proof of ownership of that account. This can take one of two forms:
- A PayPal transaction id of any subscription payment made to the club at any time for this account
- A complete copy of any official email sent from the club to this account.
- A copy of any email sent to the old address from NetsmithUK
