In order to help with login issues please can you provide the following intormation
- Are you having problems logging into the main site or just the forum?
- Can you provide a link to your main site profile page
- What message do you see when trying to login
- What browser are you using.
Also please can you try the following
- Clear the cache and cookies for the site from your browser
- start the password reset process, making a note of all messages on screen and including them in your help ticket.
Please note the login to the main site requires email and password, whereas the login for the forum requires username and password. These passwords are independent and changing them in one part of the system does not change it in the other.
